Contraception Service
Contraception Service
Taking control of your reproductive health is an important part of overall wellbeing.
At Pimhole Pharmacy, we are proud to offer the NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service, giving patients convenient access to their repeat contraceptive medication without needing to make an appointment with their GP.
This service is designed to make contraception easier to manage, particularly for those who may find it difficult or time-consuming to visit their doctor or a sexual health clinic. By allowing you to collect your repeat contraception directly from the pharmacy, we aim to provide a more flexible, accessible, and supportive service for women in our community.
If you’re eligible, our trained pharmacy team can review your contraception needs and supply your repeat medication safely and efficiently.
What Should I Do Next?
When it’s time for your next supply of the contraceptive pill, you no longer need to book an appointment with your GP. Simply visit Pimhole Pharmacy, where our trained pharmacy team can provide your repeat contraception quickly and conveniently.
Just pop in at a time that suits you — no need for a GP visit beforehand.
If you’d like more information about oral contraception, or if you’re thinking about starting it for the first time, our friendly pharmacists are here to help. You can speak to us directly without needing a referral from your GP.
