Emergency Medicine Supply
Emergency Supply
If you need one of your regular prescribed medicines urgently and are unable to contact your doctor, Pimhole Pharmacy may be able to help. There are times when you may require essential medication but do not have a valid prescription. There’s no need to worry — in certain situations, we can provide your medicine as an “Emergency Supply,” subject to assessment and eligibility.
When can I expect the medicine?
Emergency Supply can be arranged either at the request of your GP (usually for a new medication) or directly from you as the patient. As an internet-based pharmacy, we are not permitted to supply medicines in person, so your medication will need to be posted or delivered to you. We will make sure it is dispatched as quickly as possible, but please note that it may not be as immediate as collecting it from a traditional high-street pharmacy where you can receive it on the spot.
How to request an Emergency Supply?
You can request an emergency supply if you urgently need your prescribed medicine and cannot contact your doctor.
- Contact Pimhole Pharmacy via phone or online form.
- Provide details of your medication and prescription.
- Confirm your identity for safety and security.
- Indicate why the supply is urgent.
- Await confirmation and estimated delivery time.
